Over the past decade, I’ve led digital experiences across e-commerce, retail, and wellbeing, from scaling loyalty programmes that drive customer retention, to shaping mobile journeys that convert better and feel effortless. I bring together strategy, customer insight, and design thinking to help teams build the right things and build them well.
But beyond roadmaps and OKRs, I care deeply about how we work. I’m a coach and mentor at heart, invested in helping others grow with clarity, curiosity, and confidence.
